Acts as a client chaperone, managing the implementation process from the sale through the transition to Client Service. Ensures the establishment of a positive relationship with ADP. Performs a thorough analysis and sets client expectations to ensure the successful transition of clients to the Client Service and Teledata teams.
QualificationsRequired
(Experience, Skills, Academic): Internal: 3+ years ADP Client Service or Conversion experience.
External: 5+ years high volume, problem resolution, technical client service, payroll or general accounting experience.
Advanced payroll and EasyPay systems knowledge, preferred.
