To set up a Project Management Base and reduce the turnover rate in several affected projects.
Customer Management
Business Development
Vendor Management
Collecting site details from customer
Extra works as per the process defined
Interact with PMO for training of employees
Interacting with commercial for invoice raising
Maintaining minutes of customer meetings
Project monitoring and Control as per the Baselines given by PMO/Customer
Daily review of the Site Activity Progress with the Project Team.
Contract Administration
Resolving customer complaints.
Quality Parameters explanation to the Project Implementation
Manage Engineering Change Requests
Timely Contract Closure.
Action Register Administrator (Internal/Customer)
Team Members evaluation.
Team Building, Motivation, Risk Assessment, Conflict Resolution
Company / Project policy implementation at location

ESSENTIAL -
Resource Management and budget planning PM process development and standardization across all projects
Controller function: Schedule /Budget variance analysis
Risk assessment analysis and reporting, deviations etc etc.
All India project status reporting
Executive Project status reporting
Expert in Project tools
.
Preferable:
Knowledge of Telecom Domain (Wireless). Knowledge of other IP products like Data Networking, routers, ATM switching, VoIP, Triple Play, ADSL etc. will be added advantage.
BE or B.Tech Telecom and Communication
* 10-15 yrs Project controller / Management experience in handling large projects

* Projects: Long duration (min 3 yrs ) Telecom or Innfrastrure projects
