Job description Reporting to: Country ASC Manager
Job Purpose:
While reporting to the Country ASC Manager, the Apple Solutions Consultant will act as an ambassador of the Apple brand and will oversee the merchandising and operations of an Apple shop within a retail partners store. They will also be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience through promotion and demonstration of Apple based solutions.
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for the animation, the overall merchandising and the maintenance of the Apple shop, ensuring it meets or exceeds Apples brand and channel marcom standards.
Promote Apple based solutions to customers.
Build strong, influential and collaborative business relationships with the resellers store management and sales teams.
Manage and train a virtual team of the resellers store staff allowing them to effectively promote Apple based solutions (Hardware, software, and accessories).
Deliver optimal customer service through professionalism and product knowledge.
Remain well versed and educated on Apple branded and 3rd party related solutions.
Effectively direct customers to the appropriate support policies.
Analyze and report business results and trends on a weekly or daily basis (as required).
When required, deliver excellence in product merchandising and product support across the Apple music range in the store.
Report back to their Manager on in-store competition and ranging to ensure that store and competitor information is kept up to date.

Key Performance Indicators:
Sales numbers (CPUs and Beyond the Box purchases e.g. keyboards, mice, Apple TVs, software etc) of designated retail store and other store where Apple Professionals are managed.
Solutions selling vs. products.
Integration and relationship with Apple Professionals and Store teams.
Accuracy and relevance of the analysis of weekly reporting.
