Job description Job Purpose:
Manage the France Education Sales Executive covering all sectors of the Education market in France
In addition, there will be dotted line to Inside Sales in France
The sales manager will be responsible for representing the French sales team within the French Education management team.
Key Accountabilities:
The role will involve managing the sales force to ensure that we have a clear picture, and are in control of, all significant sales opportunities in France
Responsibility to insure that all information are feeded into to the forecast process to ensure an accurate France eucation Sales
The sales manager will also be the key link between the Education BDMs, the French Education Director and the sales force to ensure that the sales perspective is reflected in the French plans for the Education market
The sales manager is also responsible for the execution of the sales aspects of those plans
The sales manager will also act as a senior resource to represent Apple with customers and to support the AEs sales activities.
The sales manager will also be responsible for driving tactical sales activity to generate increased sales to ensure that France meets its sales targets.
The sales manager will also play a key role in making sure that the channel is supporting Apples sales activity and is aligned with our sales goals.
Must be in Paris, Place Ina and be in the location in a regular basis.

Key Competencies
The individual should have a proven experience of Sales Team Management into an High Tech environment
The individual should be of degree calibre and must have a good understanding of all aspects of the French Education market.
Whilst management experience is not essential evidence of strong management skills is a requirement..
Should also have good perception or experience of Apple.
Solid ability of efficient reporting
Strong communicator and ability to effectively work with internal and external contacts
Good communication skills at a senior level and cross function
Leadership skills
Ability to understand and incorporate corporate objectives into own actions
Ability to manage several projects in parallel
