Job description First level FA of any test issues on the line and approving and reporting any corrective actions or an escalation to my teams for resolution.
Setup and implement an audit process at the CM's
Monitoring and verifying reporting of yields ensuring that we meet our throughput, capacity, and quality goals, ICT and Functional Test first pass yields, etc.
Verifying compliance with maintenance requirements as per Apple requirements. This includes coming up with and owning the compliance document (will be setup with help from ICT development group)
Coordinating and managing CM activities for any quality issues during production.
Coordinate and setup a monthly board test meeting with the CM's.
Setup and manage the CM on any action resulting from the monthly board test meetings.
Evaluate CM's performance for Quarterly reviews.
Coordinating PVT/RAMP deployment for new products with the CM. (Materials, schedules, personnel)

Bringup of board test on additional lines after PVT/RAMP or any second source board lines.

BSEE or applicable degree
Minimum of 5+ years working experience in in-circuit test (preferably HP3070).
Knowledge of Functional test processes a plus.
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills in English is a must.
