Job description JOB VACANCY.
The Major Accounts Sales team is looking for motivated, outgoing and tech savvy individuals to support the activities of the sales account representatives and promote Apple products to Major Accounts customers.
Overview
The Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting the activities of the Inside Sales team. The role requires an excellent professional phone manner, customer service skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Manage inbound email and fax orders and queries, enter new Sales orders into the appropriate system(s)
Deal with inbound and outbound calls and e-mail from and to customers, communicating special offers and other promotions
Achieve performance goals while providing an excellent customer experience
Collect customer information, provide product information and direct customers to other Apple resources as required.
Execute on selected outbound campaigns
Maintain regular communication with Internal Sales reps

Experience & Education
1-2 years sales experience an advantage, though individuals with a clear customer service focus may be considered.
Professional level verbal and written communication skills in English & German
Ability to provide a great customer experience
Experience with working with cross-functional teams
Must have an interest in working with the latest technology, be computer literate and quickly learn new applications
3rd level qualification or equivalent work experience
