Job description CONTEXT
With the development of multi-channel programs in Sales , Marketing, and with the rapid expansion of channel distribution for iPod, Mac, Pro and Education and especially iPhone, Channel & Customer Intelligence is of critical importance to the Apple organization in EMEIA,.
We are looking for a trainee, passionate with analytics and data knowledge management to support the Business & CRM Intelligence Management Team in EMEIA.
MISSION
- Geo-intelligence techniques and best practices using B2B2C data across countries (iPhone, Europe Expansion, etc.)
- Channel CRM Intelligence using advanced analytics (data mining, statistics)
- Program Intelligence modeling and processing using innovative analytical processes
- Intelligence deployment and support to best serve business user requests and needs
- Visualizing and presenting analysis, reports, profiles, data model and processes
- Providing actionable and web-enabled analysis (CRM, Training, Marketing, iPhone, )

- Bac + 3/5 years higher education with strong skills in Analytics
- Excellent English level to able to work, communicate, write and present
- Experienced in learning by doing, strong team worker, self-starter and rigorous
- Knowledge in marketing & sales data modeling and profiling
- Knowledge in advanced analytical, visualizing and geo-mapping tools
- Passionate with lifestyle digital products and web applications
- Master SQL, Excel, SAS, CLEMENTINE, web technology is a plus
