Patiently showing customers such basic computing skills as double-clicking, using the Internet, organizing photos, and creating simple websites
Teaching new users and Windows switchers how to create music; edit images for print, email, or the web; transfer images from digital cameras, scanners, and CDs; and create top-quality Keynote presentations and movies
