Job description The business analyst is a techno-functional position. In the technical aspect of the position, the person is responsible to provide technical solutions eg. writing simple pgms and scripts to automate repetitive tasks or activities. Such solutions are usually low in complexity and primarily aim to improve our operational KPIs. With respect to functional aspect of responsibility, the person will champion in data mining and being analytical to co-relate questionable data points. In addition, the person is capable to translate this analysis into initiatives to improve the operation KPIs
?Minimum of 5 years of BA experience preferably in order fulfilment environment
?Basic to intermediate knowledge of supply chain models
?Exceptional interaction skills with internal and external customers from various functions
?Commitment to order cycle time and customer satisfaction
?Exceptional in data mining, meticulous and analytical
?Excellent skill in PHP, SQL and Java scripts programming
?Other commercial programming skills are an advantage
?Good presentation skills
?SAP experience
?Apple Mac experience
?Attention to detail
?Programming : basic programing language and scripting knowledge
?Team Player
?Sharp and analytical oriented
?Willingness to be challenged for special assigned projects
