Responsibilities

Guide/lead process startup of large scale solar lab and subsequent lab sustaining.
Job Specific Knowledge
* Good experience and deep knowledge of PVD/CVD/Diff/Wet process and the other related fields
* Strong skill of statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiment (DOE).
* Able to define process specification and establish SPC quality system.
* Able to train junior process engineers for process development & customer support.
* Able to work with equipment engineers for continuous process improvement.
Skills
* Good logical thinking and capable of solving tough problems.
* Capable of influencing and pulling team together for task force.
* Strong oral and written communication skills (Chinese/English).
Education
*
MS/PhD in field of solar, physics, EE, chemistry, material science or in the related fields.
*
2-3 years of working experience in IC or solar field with hands-on experience.
