This position is responsible for implementing technology solutions on behalf of the VAR at the end user site in a post sales billable engagement. Provides post sales phone support to paying customers and provides pre-sales phone support to VAR customers at ATG.
Primary Duties Include:
-Post sales implementation (designs, installs configures and documents solutions for all products on ATG's line card, performs disaster recovery analysis and planning, analyzes, designs, plans and implements migrations from old to new technology).
-Trains on all product lines to establish the knowledge necessary to implement solutions to an end user location.
-Pre-sales phone support (address product placement and capability questions and define services opportunities related to the product).
-Post-sales phone support (resolve any issues that arise with existing systems).
The successful candidate will have a bachelors degree or equivalent and 6+ years of high end engineering consulting experience. Must have a strong background with Microsoft including MS Active Directory and MS Exchange. VMware and Storage experience is a plus.
