As a Sales Account Manager within our Distribution Plastics business, you will be managing sales by servicing existing customers and targeting new prospects. In addition, you will develop and manage a territory plan that provides a growth plan consistent with strategic goals. Dedication to achieving team goals will be critical to success of our overall business.
This position is a home based office and will have responsibility for Northeast Illinois and Southeast Wisconsin.
**This job is based on a ladder structure and the job level (salary) will be determined by the quantity and quality of your experience
** Bachelor's degree preferred but will consider equivalents in experience or education
** Minimum 5 years of sales experience in plastics is desired.
** Proven, relevant qualifications in the following areas: self motivator, enthusiastic, time management skills and responsiveness
** Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills along with the ability to work independently
** Proficient computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required. SAP is a plus.
** Ability to negotiate and build effective relationships
