Be part of the future! We are staffing a major multi-site O&S maintenance and engineering program. These opportunities are available in CONUS and OCONUS locations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Security Operations. Leads small teams to provide security services to facility and personnel. Serves as Contractor Special Security Officer and administers contract security program ensuring personnel are trained in security duties and responsibilities including accountability, transmission, packaging, and safeguarding materials. Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Works personnel security program to ensure personnel have and maintain their security clearances. Trains personnel on security programs and program changes. Processes visit requests and coordinates actions with appropriate offices. Prepares for Government inspections and audits. Monitors/documents/manages security for all incoming and outgoing material and documents. Provides security planning, programming, and execution. Provides support in developing security accreditation, technical security packages.

11+ Years with HS or 7+ Years with AA or 5+ Years with BS or 2+ Years with MS or 0+ Years with PhD
Understanding and experience dealing with Personnel Security Programs
Must be able to demonstrate high degree of accuracy and attentiveness to detail with little rework.
Must have excellent customer service skills, particularly in the area of customer relations, communications and responsiveness.
Must be able to work as a team member in support of special projects
Must be able to demonstrate a reasonable level of writing ability to assist with development of procedures and documentation
Must be willing and able to learn
