Be part of the future! We are staffing a major multi-site O&S maintenance and engineering program. These opportunities are available in CONUS and OCONUS locations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the program's financial tracking and reporting. Prepares and coordinate the initial project setup, with ongoing analysis, forecasting, verification and reporting of the project's financial status to include monitoring invoices and payments. Prepares reports of findings and recommendations to management and senior management. Collects, coordinates, consolidates and prepares contract required financial reports as well as corporate required financial business reporting. Provides oversight and administrative guidance to associate project control analysts to including tasking with other duties as required.
After-hour or weekend work may be required to support reporting needs.
Required
PC
Working experience with MSOffice, specifically MSExcel

11+ Years with HS or 7+ Years with AA or 5+ Years with BS or 2+ Years with MS or 0+ Years with PhD
Strong working experience as project control or financial background
-Must be able to demonstrate high degree of accuracy, quality and attentiveness to detail with little rework.
-Must have excellent customer service skills, particularly in the area of customer relations, communications and responsiveness.
-Must be able to work as a team member as well as independently.
-Must be able to provide leadership and guidance to associate project control analysts.
