Be part of the future! We are staffing a major multi-site O&S maintenance and engineering program. These opportunities are available in CONUS and OCONUS locations. The ideal candidate directs teams to develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality standards and protocol for processing materials into partially finished or finished materials product. Collaborates with engineering and service delivery functions to ensure quality standards are in place. Devises and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and services. Designs or specifies inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment; conducts quality assurance tests; and performs statistical analysis to assess the cost of and determine the responsibility for, products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications. Oversees corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements. May specialize in the areas of design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation and reliability, inventory control and/or research and development as they apply to product or process quality. Supervises Lead adn Associate Quality Assurance Analysts.
Required
MS Office Suite, Quality Assurance Tools.
18+ Years with HS or 14+ Years with AA or 12+ Years with BS or 10+ Years with MS or 7+ Years with PhD
Understanding and experience dealing with Quality Assurance Programs. Supervision and management skills.
Must be able to demonstrate high degree of accuracy and attentiveness to detail with little rework.
Must have excellent customer service skills, particularly in the area of customer relations, communications and responsiveness.
Must be able to work as a team member in support of special projects
Must be able to demonstrate a reasonable level of writing ability to assist with development of procedures and documentation
Must be willing and able to learn.
