Be part of the future! We are staffing a major multi-site O&S maintenance and engineering program. These opportunities are available in CONUS and OCONUS locations. The ideal candidate leads teams to design, test, and implement state-of-the-art secure operating systems, networks, and database products. Conducts risk assessments and provides recommendations for application design. Involved in a wide range of security issues including architectures, firewalls, electronic data traffic, and network access. Uses encryption technology, penetration and vulnerability analysis of various security technologies, and information technology security research. May prepare security reports to regulatory agencies. Supervises Associate Information Assurance Analysts.
Required
MS and SUN systems and CISCO and other network hardware systems.
MS Office Suite, Cyber Guard Firewall, Gauntlet Firewall, Retina, other information assurance software applications
11+ Years with HS or 7+ Years with AA or 5+ Years with BS or 2+ Years with MS or 0+ Years with PhD
Understanding and experience information assurance requirements and standards in the Federal Government and Dept of Defense. IAVA adn SSAA processes. DIACAP knowledge. Supervision skills.
Must be able to demonstrate high degree of accuracy and attentiveness to detail with little rework.
Must have excellent customer service skills, particularly in the area of customer relations, communications and responsiveness.
Must be able to work as a team member in support of projects
Must be able to demonstrate a reasonable level of writing ability to assist with development of procedures and documentation
Must be willing and able to learn
