Be part of the future! We are staffing a major multi-site O&S maintenance and engineering program. These opportunities are available in CONUS and OCONUS locations. The ideal candidate directs teams in providing the planning, design, acquisition and implementation of the customer's communications system. Evaluates customer requirements to determine whether an internal or other operating system is more appropriate. Conducts project planning, cost analysis and vendor comparisons. Oversees performance of traffic study analyses to determine best configuration of systems. At certain locations oversees telecommuncations telephone switching services both inside and outside plant. Supervises Lead and Associate Telecommunications Analysts.

18+ Years with HS or 14+ Years with AA or 12+ Years with BS or 10+ Years with MS or 7+ Years with PhD
Understanding and experience with telecommunications systems administration. Superision skills
Must be able to demonstrate high degree of accuracy and attentiveness to detail with little rework.
Must have excellent customer service skills, particularly in the area of customer relations, communications and responsiveness.
Must be able to work as a team member in support of projects
Must be able to demonstrate a reasonable level of writing ability to assist with development of procedures and documentation
Must be willing and able to learn.
