Enterprise Operations Supervisor -4 Job in Fort Shafter, HI 96858

Responds to inquiries and requests for assistance with the organization's computer systems, servers or PC's. Identifies problems, troubleshoots and provides advice to assist users. Coordinates with other IS areas to resolve problems if necessary. May operate in a mainframe and/or microcomputer environment. Monitors LAN/WAN performance and security. Requires Bachelors Degree and 2 yeasr relevant experience, or equivalent.
Required
2 years expereince in a DOD network environment.
Experience in anyof the following:
Windows Workstation Operating Systems (2K, and above),
Windows Server Operating Systems (2K3 and above),
Windows Active Directory,
Unix (Solaris, HPUX, BSD, Linux (Red Hat),
Storage Area Network (SAN),
Active Directory services.
8+ Years with HS or 5+ Years with AA or 2+ Years with BS
DOD TNOSC Operations experience in any of the following: SAN Management; File services; DOIM/IMO services; Programming/Scripting
User Services: Knwoledge of: LandWarNet (NIPR/SIPR)
Email (Exchange 2003 and Blackberry)
File Services
Voice services (DSN & DSRN)
DMS/AMHS (SIPR/NIPR)
Desktop and Application Service
Management Services: Network Management; Active Directory;COOP (Back-up and Disaster Recovery Services);
SAN/NAS storage and cross-site replication;NETOPS Support System;DNS (NIPR/SIPR)
Network Access Services: TACACS; Radius; VPN
IA: Border Security; E-Policy Orchestrator; System Update Services

Desired
3 years experience on Army LandWarNet.Experience with Routers/Switches (CISCO, NORTEL, FORESYSTEM), CISCO PIX Firewalls, Cisco Content Engines, Bluecoat.Expereince with VPN devices.
2 years experience on the Army's LandWarNet in all of the following:
Windows Workstation Operating Systems (2K, and above),
Windows Server Operating Systems (2K3 and above),
Windows Active Directory,
Unix (Solaris, HPUX, BSD, Linux (Red Hat),
Storage Area Network (SAN),
Active Directory services.
