You will perform a variety of duties to assemble, modify, rework, coat, pot, paint, solder, inspect, test, pack, ship, etc.. electronic components, cables, subassemblies, controls, and other items utilizing all necessary support equipment. This equipment includes, but is not limited to: jigs, fixtures, assembly machines, (automated and manual), automated test equipment, (including Genrad, Ditmco, functional test stands, etc..) soldering equipment, hand and power tools, component prep equipment, packing equipment, inspection instruments, gages, cleaning equipment, coating and potting equipment, material handeling devices, meters, mixing and measuring devices, and other devices related to the manufacture of electronic and mechanical assemblies.

* High school degree or equivalent
* Ability to read, comprehend, and apply written work instructions
* Ability to read electronic assembly diagrams and blue prints
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Good manual dexterity and eye/hand/finger coordination
* Solid elementary math skills
* Willingness to learn new tasks
* Flexibility to work any shift
