MANAGER-INTERNAL AUDIT
1.Execution of the Annual Audit Plan within Internal Audit for BAE Systems, Inc.
2.Execute the Annual Audit Program across North America with audits ranging in scope from financial controls to operational effectiveness.
3.Coordinate logistical aspects on ongoing and upcoming audits. Coordinate the activities of external resources (Subject Matter Experts, FLDPs, etc.).
4.Develop Audit Programs to be executed during the fieldwork. Develop Self Assessment tools to be left with the business units for continuous improvement.
5.Miscellaneous (tracking audit findings, disseminating best practices amongst IA and business units, training, etc.).
