This position is responsible for negotiation of nondisclosure agreements, subcontracts agreements and purchase orders. The incumbent will create subcontracts and solicitations from customer documentation after analyzing flow down requirements from the prime, client requirements and company policies in accordance with appropriate competition rules and practices.
Bachelors Degree required, (degree preferably in business or accounting); plus 3+ years related experience. Must have excellent verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required. Also must have knowledge of all aspects of U.S. Government contract administration including all FAR and DFAR regulations. Incumbent must possess strong general negotiation skills and demonstrated experience in negotiating Terms and Conditions, Agreements, Statements of Work, Subcontracts, Subcontract Amendments and Engineering Change Proposals.
