Senior Program Manager will manage a large analytical contract which provides deployable, analytic subject matter expertise. This contract assists our customer with meeting a broad spectrum of requirements including ISR support. The candidate will be asked to directly manage staff members based in the Fayetteville, NC area. Periodic travel to Washington, DC and other locations may be required.

Must be a highly motivated, results-oriented team player, and possess ability to credibly communicate with both customers and team members (oral and written) on mission, analysis and tradecraft issues.
Desired
Qualified candidates should have working knowledge of ISR and be acquainted with ISR experts and managers.
Experience with the following customers high desired: USASOC, AFSOC, USSOCOM
Prior experience in managing analytical programs and earlier practical experience as an intelligence analyst either in government contracting or government service.
Possess knowledge of current and emerging IA/FMV analytical concepts, doctrine, and tactics, techniques, and procedures.
Should be knowledgeable in intelligence management issues related to collection programs, platforms, and sensors, as well as understand the spectrum of management topics related to the command and control of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) platforms in national and theater airspace.
Possess an understanding of intelligence analysis culture and effectively communicate customer initiatives, strategy, and mission needs to Director.
