In order to deliver the collaborative tools, systems, and processes required by its businesses, EI&S needs to develop and execute an Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy that enables business strategy while managing risks. This strategy is based on an enterprise-wide approach that focuses on IAM in the following areas:

* Application and information Integrity
* Business Continuity Management
* Identity & Access Management
* Infrastructure & Operations Security
* Privacy & Data Protection
* Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and Cyber Security
* Vulnerability ManagementThe Director of Information Assurance will report to the EI&S Chief Information Officer and facilitate the development and execution of strategy, policy, and governance that manages risks, is aligned with and enables business strategy, and facilitates compliance with laws and regulations governing security, privacy, and data protection.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

* Facilitates development and implementation of identity and access management strategy, policy.
* Facilitates development and implementation of privacy & data protection strategy and policy.
* Facilitates strategic integration of IAM into EI&S business processes, systems, networks and tools.
* Governance of EI&S IAM requirements management, architecture, and service delivery.
* Facilitates development of investment and implementation strategies for IAM, privacy, and data protection.
* Governs the implementation and operation of IAM within EI&S and represents EI&S on all external governance bodies.
* Facilitates DIB and cyber security strategy, policy, and governance.
* Facilitates IAM vendor relationships and procurement strategies.**This position is also reflected as requisition 10020653, as it can be filled in Nashua, NH or any BAE location in Virginia or Maryland**

Position Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field with a preference for advanced degree such as Master's in MIS or MBA in combination with technical degree
* Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership, management, administrative and technical experience with enterprise business systems, business system development and operation, data center and network operations, and enterprise security management.
* 5+ years technical architecture experience integrating identity and access management software into enterprise infrastructure and applications
* Must possess prior management experience at the departmental or IT functional specialty level. Minimum management / leadership experience of 5+ years with IT specialist and project management experience.
* Experience leading business requirements gathering and translating those into system requirements
* Experience facilitating business process design as it relates to managing identities and access privileges
* Identity Management familiarity in one or more of the following areas:
* Single Sign On
* Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design including directory schema, namespace and replication topology experience
* Resource Provisioning
* Role Base Access Control
* Experience with one or more directories such as Active Directory, SunONE Directory Server and Novell e-Directory
* Experience developing/implementing IAM strategy across an enterprise environment consisting of ERP/Finance (Oracle & Deltek), HR (Peoplesoft), Communication (Exchange & Sharepoint), PDM (Windchill & Matrix), and Cisco networking.
* Experience developing identity management governance plans
* Understanding of current regulatory environment and related implications to identity management and security/audit compliance
* Experience developing and managing a budget.
* Background in evaluating the return on investment for technology expenditures.
* Excellent oral, presentation and written communication
* Self motivated, results orientated, and able to execute against demanding competitive goals
* CISA or CISSP required
