Senior Programmer / Analyst (RICE) Job in Beavercreek, OH 45430

Principal Duties and Essential Functions:
Design and development of RICE Objects
Developing and documenting technical procedures for installing and executing RICE objects
Participates in business process solution development workshops to gain understanding of solution requirements
Analysis of requirements to establish RICE development requirements
Designing the technical RICE specification to meet the business process Developing RICE objects to meet the business process requirements
Unit testing RICE objects to meet the business process requirements
Support and participation in Solution Design/Development Labs as necessary
Coordination and support of program testing requirements
Developing and documenting technical specifications (MD.070)
Assisting Functional consultants with documenting RICE functional specifications (MD.050)
Required
5+ Years with BS or 2+ Years with MS or 0+ Years with PhD
Primary Qualifications (candidate must possess to be considered):
US Citizen, as contract requires
Must be able to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check

Desired
Secondary Qualifications (candidate preferred):
Experience with the Oracle technology stack (any two of the following: Oracle RDBMS, Oracle Developer, Oracle JDeveloper, PL/SQL development, Oracle Data Warehouse Builder)
Experience working with application design principles and product configurations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Any experience or Technical knowledge of Oracle Development tools including
o Oracle Designer
o Oracle JDeveloper
o Oracle Forms Developer
o Oracle Discoverer
o Oracle Workflow
o Oracle BPEL-Process Manager
Experience with establishing and adhering to technical development standards
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact harmoniously with client customers and team members.
Experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems, hardware and software to include:
o JAVA
o C++
o PL/SQL
Ability to work in a team environment
