Job Description:
**Note... THIS POSITION IS POSTED IN ANTICIPATION OF FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES FOR WHICH WE WELCOME YOUR RESUME SUBMISSION. BAE Systems is looking for a Network Engineer to join our Engineering Team to propose on future program support opportunities with Marine Corps Systems Command. The ideal candidate would demonstrate in their resume submission experience performing ANY OR ALL of the following comprehensive network engineering services and support to include:
- Analyzing network architectures;
- Reviewing, developing, and updating interface control requirements/documentation;
- Analyzing network traffic models and loads;
- Implementing wired and wireless network architectures;
- Evaluation of network vulnerabilities;
- Analyzing Engineering Change Proposals (ECP);
- Developing Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) on behalf of the Government;
- Compliance with DOD and Service information assurance policies and directives;
- Evaluation of equipment sensor/bus network architectures.
Must have the following:
- Bachelors Degree & 8 years related experience or Associates Degree & 10 years related experience or High School Diploma or equivalent & 12 years related experience.
****Note...This related experience must be in any or all of the network engineering services listed.
- Ability to acquire a DoD security clearance
Preferences:
- Active US DoD security clearance
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting test data to verify system performance
- Experience tracking cost, schedule, and performance risks
- DAWIA or PMP certifications
- CAD experience
