About Area:
Job Responsibility:Responsible for operating lathes, mills, drills and other standard machine shop equipment.

Shall be capable of reading and understanding the Work Instruction Process Sheets as defined by NMP Form 10 and referenced drawings and data.

Shall be skilled in operating the machines and equipment assigned and demonstrate knowledge of the safety practices involved.

Operators of machines shall be skilled in the effective use of jigs, fixtures, templates, clamps and other process and production aids utilized to assure accurate and efficient production.

Shall be skilled in the use of measuring tools or instruments, as provided and appropriate.

Responsible for complying with all safety practices and standards as prescribed by the Company.

Perform other duties within incumbents abilities.
Job Requirements:Shall be able to lift 30lbs with or without assistance and shall be capable of performing their functions by standing, bending, or stooping. They shall have normal vision or as corrected by eyeglasses or contact lenses.
