Staples' PC Technicians are responsible for recommending and selling office equipment and services which provide the best solutions for our customers. This position is also responsible for performing technical duties such as diagnostics, memory installations, modem installations, hard drive installations, internal card/drive installations, software installations, and PC Tuneups. Associates must possess strong sales, customer service and communication skills.
