Title: Sr. Staff Rep-Aircraft Media and Technology (WHQPS - G)
Location: Illinois-Chicago
Overview
Supports design and implementation for in-flight media and technology to include revised or new content strategies for audio / video.
Responsibilities:
* Primary focus and responsibility is overall systems operations.
* Acts as project leader in coordinating the implementation and ongoing operational function for cabin entertainment (software and hardware products) and communication equipment (air-to-ground and ground data networks).
* Works directly with outsourced content / logistics and software suppliers, managing performance, maintaining operating budget and processing invoices.
* Assists in RFP efforts, working closely with Strategic Sourcing on detailed initiatives.

Education:
* Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related fields
Experience:
* A background in any of the following disciplines is desirable - marketing, planning, finance, or business development
Skills:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Very detailed oriented.
* Experience leading matrix environment projects.
* Strong analytical experience.
* Airline industry product knowledge
* Software tools: Microsoft Office Suite
