Rapid Reemployment Initiative

Welcome to the Rapid Reemployment Initiative. This national initiative includes an employer outplacement exchange, career event database, automated job search agents, and other valuable tools to assist in the rapid reemployment of displaced employees. Together they connect downsizing employers with hiring employers, inform employers and job seekers about career events around the nation, and connect displaced employees to employers who are currently hiring. The Rapid Reemployment Initiative has been created by DirectEmployers Association in alliance with the National Association of State Workforce Agencies.
