With over 30 years of experience, CES Security provides quality security guard services to businesses throughout the MD, DC & VA region. We are locally owned & provide a team of professional managers & supervisors available 24 hours every day of the year.
We are growing and searching for an ambitious and enthusiastic Sales Representative who will be responsible for direct business to business sales of security guard services to the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore metropolitan areas.
This is a position with excellent income potential for the right candidate looking to advance within the company.
The Sales Representative will be in charge of developing new relationships with commercial customers.
The Sales Representative NEEDS TO HAVE EXPERIENCE in SUCCESSFULLY selling one of the following categories:
1. Security Guard Services
2. Janitorial Services
3. Transportation Related Services
4. Other Service Industry
Responsibilities:
Develop leads and initiate contact with prospective customers.
Sell CES Securitys services persuasively, persistently and confidently
Create new business through networking, telemarketing, direct mail, and referrals.
Build customer relationships with building managers, and other commercial customers.
Preparation and presentation of proposals to clients.
Keep management informed of progress and account status.
Requirements:
Proven track record of relationship sales in a service industry
Superior communication and customer service skills.
Have excellent planning, organization and time management skills.
Be able to multi-task.
Be able to interact effectively at all levels of an organization.
Self motivated.
Ability to work within team environment
Preparation and presentation of proposals to clients.
