JOB DUTIES:
This position will be part of the eDiscovery Support Services team with responsibility for providing technical expertise and guidance in preparing client data to be consumable in a litigation context. Assist the eDiscovery Group and the eDiscovery Support Services team in evaluating technical capabilities of Computer Forensic vendors. Assist the eDiscovery Support Services team with projects involving client structured data (i.e.- client transactional databases containing banking records, sales history, web traffic or employee attendance etc…)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be specifically listed on resume in order to be considered for this position.
• BA/BS Degree Required.
• 5+ years significant Commercial Litigation Experience (Litigation Support, Paralegal or Attorney) Required.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate level degree preferred. Technical certifications a plus. Significant IT Operations experience a must as well as strong technical skills including working knowledge of desktop and network operating systems and web technology (web services, logs, browsers, HTML/XML, etc). Experience in eDiscovery and Records Management principles. Strong communication skills both oral and written. Ability to maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, case teams and vendors. Clearance of firm standard background checks required. We value diversity in our workplace. EOE/AA
